Our chef can provide on site training to teach your servers engage in teamwork, how to sell to guests and how to provide exceptional customer service. Our chef can also provide cutting and tasting trials to introduce you to the newest, innovative products Kohl has to offer.

They are skilled in nutrition & dietetics and can provide many forms of guidance and training.  They can sculpt menus and identify items to meet your specific needs. Whether you’re looking to incorporate plant-based, low-sodium, or gluten-free items into your menu or portion delicious meals for healthcare or K-12 Schools, our Licensed RDs are a great asset to your foodservice operation.

Annslee, RDN, LDN

Registered Dietitian

Annslee strives to help foodservice operators in the school setting build confidence in feeding our future generation using evidence-based guidelines designed to keep our children and adolescents happy and healthy.  She enjoys learning about new products that she can share with schools that can encourage new meal options for students while making dietary accommodations as needed.

  • Help educate the foodservice and sales team on state and federal expectations to help schools run a successful meal program.
  • Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with the Commission of Dietetic Registration since 2015 and licensed in the states of IL, MO, and IA
  • Active member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and School Nutrition Services Dietetic Practice Group
